Role Summary
MyOva is a fast-growing women's health brand on a mission to help women understand and take control of their hormonal health. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own paid media, Amazon and day-to-day marketing execution across email, social, retention and community.
This is a broad, high-ownership role for someone who thrives across multiple channels at once — briefing creative, running campaigns, managing agency relationships, and keeping our always-on marketing calendar moving. You'll work closely with our designer, external Meta and Amazon agencies, and the founder to drive growth across our Shopify and Amazon storefronts.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media
- Brief Meta ad creative to designer, defining campaign concept and aesthetic direction
- Research competitor analysis to identify what's performing well in the category
- Own production of ~8 static ads and ~15 video ads per month for Meta
- Liaise with our Meta ad and Amazon agency, actioning outputs from weekly strategy meetings
Amazon
- Update Amazon product page images and A+ content
- Own the creation of video ads for all Amazon products — writing briefs, liaising with the agency, reviewing drafts, giving feedback and managing deliverables through to publish
Marketing
- Plan and send campaign emails; manage email segmentation and improve automated flows
- Forward-plan around key calendar dates (e.g. PCOS Awareness Month) — briefing designer and copy for email and promotions
- Coordinate promotions across website, social and email
- Manage brand and influencer collaborations, including influencer gifting
- Run social competitions and community management (WhatsApp)
- Manage reviews and reputation across Trustpilot and Amazon, including responding to negative reviews
- Own retention and loyalty initiatives — repeat purchase flows, loyalty programme, subscribe-and-save
- Run the affiliate/ambassador programme
- Manage SEO across Amazon backend keywords and the Shopify website, including blog content
- Plan LinkedIn content with the founder to build brand awareness

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
