Hire Digital is looking for an experienced Digital Health & HealthTech Writer (Freelance, Remote) for an upcoming research and thought leadership project.
This opportunity is ideal for a specialist writer with a strong understanding of the intersection between healthcare, technology, and digital transformation. The project will involve turning research, expert perspectives, and assessment findings into an insightful, evidence-based white paper for senior industry audiences.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop long-form thought leadership and whitepaper content.
- Analyse and synthesise research, stakeholder interviews, and assessment data.
- Write authoritatively about digital health and healthcare technology.
- Translate technical and healthcare concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
- Identify patterns and insights across research findings.
- Develop evidence-based conclusions and recommendations for senior audiences.

Requirements

- Demonstrable writing experience within digital health, HealthTech, healthcare IT, or healthcare transformation.
- Strong portfolio of published whitepapers, research reports, or substantial thought leadership.
- Strong understanding of topics such as EMR/EHR, healthcare IT infrastructure, interoperability, cybersecurity, technology adoption, or digital maturity.
- Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to interpret complex information and data and not simply summarise source material.
- Experience working with healthcare or technology subject-matter experts.
- Familiarity with healthcare digital maturity frameworks is highly desirable.
- APAC healthcare knowledge or experience is advantageous.
