About the Role

Bootyque is an established, high-performing shape-wear and hosiery brand built for drag queens, performers, and body-sculpting fashion. We have a strong product range, high customer retention, and exceptional search conversion. We need an independent performance, content, and brand specialist for 1 day per week to manage growth marketing for Bootyque while serving as a strategic advisor on launching a new women-focused brand project.

You will own paid ads, email automations, and light organic social strategy for Bootyque, taking raw video assets/UGC and turning them into high-converting ads and organic posts, while providing brand identity guidance for our upcoming launch. (Note: You will not handle customer service or comment replies).

Key Deliverables

Bootyque Growth & Content (75% of focus)

  • Paid Ads & Funnel: Manage Google Shopping and Meta Ads campaigns. Optimize landing pages to lift our social conversion rate past 2.5%.
  • Email Marketing (Klaviyo): Set up automated revenue flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart) to capture untapped revenue.
  • Content Creation & Scheduling: Edit raw UGC, raw video, and photos into short-form video (Reels/TikToks) using CapCut or similar tools. Write captions and schedule 2–3 organic posts weekly.
  • Creative Strategy: Direct what UGC assets or product shots we need next based on ad performance data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
