Freelance Digital Marketing Manager / Lead | £330 per day

2-Month Contract | ASAP Start | 5 Days per Week | Potential Extension

I'm currently working with a growing hospitality and events business that is looking for an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Manager / Lead to support its digital marketing activity across a portfolio of venues to start ASAP (within a few weeks).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketing specialist who enjoys taking ownership of multiple channels and wants to get involved in everything from paid media and SEO to analytics, tracking, and AI-driven marketing initiatives.

You'll be joining an established marketing team and working across approximately 15 advertising accounts, helping to improve lead generation, campaign performance, and digital visibility. The business is ideally looking for someone who can work five days per week in the office, although there is flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Search: Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple venues, improving lead quality, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Paid Social: Build, manage, and optimise Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, including B2B and corporate audience targeting.
  • Creative Testing: Develop recommendations for creative and audience testing, feeding performance insights back to the creative team.
  • SEO & AEO: Support the implementation of SEO strategies, content development, and AI-driven search optimisation to improve organic visibility.
  • Analytics & Tracking: Work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to improve conversion tracking, tagging, and reporting across multiple websites.
  • AI & Automation: Utilise AI and automation tools to streamline campaign management, content creation, and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
