About Latte Recruitment

Latte Recruitment is a boutique specialist PR recruitment agency operating across the UK. We partner with, and recruit for, leading PR agencies and in-house teams – helping them attract and hire exceptional talent.

Latte is a small but mighty team, with deep recruitment expertise, a trusted market presence, and ambitious growth plans. Following the arrival of our new Managing Director and our Marketing Manager heading on maternity leave, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on maternity cover to lead our marketing function, drive commercial success, and support Latte’s next chapter.

About the role

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Latte’s content strategy while applying your email and digital expertise to execute targeted lead-gen campaigns across both client and candidate networks. It’s an exciting period of growth, and we need a marketer who can seamlessly balance producing the high-quality content we’re known and loved for with a sharp, strategic approach to campaign execution and lead generation.

As Latte’s brand guardian, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring our visual identity, tone of voice, and transparent no-BS philosophy remain consistent across all external touchpoints. Partnering closely with our Managing Director, you will also support core operations and process improvements to elevate both internal efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

📊 Campaign-led Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

Building on the foundation of our strong brand, you will work closely with the Managing Director to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive quality lead generation and sales opportunities across both client and candidate networks.

  • Strategic campaign ideation and execution: Build multi-channel marketing campaigns around new service offerings, survey data and market insights across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels. You’ll work alongside the Managing Director to think up creative campaign ideas, execute on ideas including A/B testing, and interpret data-led metrics.
  • Lead nurturing & MQLs: Build structured email sequences and content workflows that nurture relationships, qualify leads, and convert target accounts into active sales conversations.
  • Sales collateral: Create sharp, commercial sales assets (e.g. market reports, pitch decks, candidate cheat sheets, and case studies) that drive MQLs and candidate engagement and support the team to win new business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
