Role Overview
This role is ideal for a performance-driven digital marketer with a passion for creative paid social campaigns in the UK consumer startup space. You will play a key part in enhancing paid social activity for a platform connecting new and expecting mums, focusing on Meta ad creative performance and user-generated content. The position is a one-month, part-time contract with the potential for ongoing collaboration, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing community-focused brand.
Deliverables
- Review and analyze Meta ad creative performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and recommend creative tests, concepts, hooks, and scripts for paid social campaigns
- Source, brief, and manage UGC creators to produce authentic, engaging content
- Edit and optimize short-form paid social content, including UGC, event footage, static, and text-led ads
- Create multiple ad variations from raw footage to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure creative aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives

Requirements
- Proven experience in performance creative marketing, particularly for small consumer startups and the UK market
- Strong understanding of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad platforms and creative best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage and brief UGC creators, with a portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in short-form video editing and content optimization for paid social
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with the needs and interests of new and expecting mums is a plus
- Based in or familiar with the UK consumer landscape
