THE ROLE
We're expanding our freelance roster for Digital Matte Painters (DMP). We're looking for fast, creative Digital Matte Painters (DMP) with strong Concept Art skills to join our roster for upcoming short-form commercial projects. If you thrive on fast turnarounds and can seamlessly integrate traditional DMP/concept art techniques with modern generative AI tools, we want to hear from you.

- Hybrid DMP / Concept Skillset: Expert in Photoshop with a strong background in photo-real matte painting paired with the speed to quickly iterate concept designs.
- Commercial Pace: Proven experience delivering high-end visuals under tight commercial deadlines.
- Modern AI Toolkits: Hands-on experience incorporating GenAI tools (ComfyUI, Figma Weave, Krea, or similar) into your workflow.
- Pipeline Knowledge: Understanding of VFX pipeline colorspace is a strong advantage.
- 3D & Industry Applications: Knowledge of industry-standard applications (Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Unreal Engine, etc.) is an advantage, though not essential.
- Work Setup: Remote / Short-turnaround, project-based freelance. Ideal for agile artists who can hit the ground running.
