About Bossa Brasil

Bossa Brasil is an emerging Brazilian luxury house based in London, creating distinctive leather accessories that bring together Brazilian heritage, regional craftsmanship and contemporary European design.

Founded by Brazilian designer Mariana Barros Campos, whose experience includes Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani and Lanvin, Bossa Brasil has presented its work during Rio and Turin Fashion Weeks and will close São Paulo Fashion Week in October 2026.

The role

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an organised, commercially minded E-commerce & Growth Coordinator to help us build the systems behind the brand and turn increasing visibility into measurable, sustainable sales.

This is a part-time freelance consultancy for someone who enjoys working closely with founders and combining e-commerce execution, CRM, reporting and digital growth.

Working alongside our co-founders, you will help manage the weekly rhythm of our online business—from Shopify merchandising and email campaigns to customer journeys, advertising coordination and performance reporting.

This is a hands-on coordination role rather than a purely strategic position. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, recommend actions and ensure that agreed initiatives are executed properly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimise Shopify product pages, collections and website merchandising
  • Coordinate product launches, restocks and promotional calendars
  • Prepare and schedule Klaviyo email campaigns
  • Monitor and improve automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows
  • Coordinate paid-social creatives and maintain an organised testing tracker
  • Monitor performance across products, campaigns and customer journeys
  • Prepare a clear weekly report covering revenue, conversion, average order value, advertising performance and customer behaviour
  • Identify website or checkout issues that may be affecting conversion
  • Organise customer feedback and abandoned-checkout insights
  • Maintain wholesale, creator and customer relationship trackers
  • Support customer-retention and repeat-purchase initiatives
  • Work with our content support and founders to ensure that commercial priorities are reflected in the content calendar
  • Keep projects, deadlines and digital assets organised

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
