Role Overview
We are looking for a freelance Employability Skills Tutor to deliver and assess Level 2 regulated qualifications as part of Adult Skills Fund provision. You will be working with 19-40 year olds, delivering an employability qualification alongside their digital marketing training. Topics covered include career planning, understanding job descriptions, skills reflections and interview prep to help learners prepare for their next step in work or further learning. Training content will be provided; we are looking for an engaging tutor to bring this to life!

Start
- w/c 7th Sept
- Approx 6 hours/week delivery for 8 weeks, split across in person (most Wednesdays) and online delivery
- Please note it is not possible to be fully remote for this role, and you must be able to travel to Vauxhall one day a week
- Day rate £200
- Potential additional work available in 2026 and 2027 (cohort dates tbc)
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (Award in Education & Training, PTLLS or equivalent)
- Experience delivering employability and/or soft skills training, working with diverse groups of learners
- Strong communication and learner engagement skills
- No digital marketing industry experience is required
- A DBS check will be carried out once offered the contract
