🔧 End User Support Engineer — Croydon (Part-Time / 6 to 8 weeks)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide on-site support at our Croydon location.
If you're a proactive troubleshooter who's comfortable working independently, enjoys variety in your day-to-day, and can jump in when something unexpected comes up — we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- 🖥️ End-user support — troubleshooting software and hardware issues for on-site staff
- 🌐 Network diagnostics — performing on-site connectivity checks and diagnosing network issues
- 📦 Equipment installation — setting up and installing IT equipment as required
- 🚨 Reactive incident response — being available on-site to resolve unplanned IT issues
- 🙌 Smart hands support — providing physical, on-site assistance for remote teams, plus remote support as needed

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field engineering roles
- Solid understanding of end-user hardware, software, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, connectivity checks)
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills — able to liaise clearly with remote teams and stakeholders
- A proactive, "smart hands" mindset — willing to support both routine and unexpected IT needs
