🌍 Join our international team of online English teachers!

We are looking for freelance English language professionals to join our international team, teaching adult learners in a fully online environment.

We are particularly interested in teachers who have regular availability between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Madrid time. You do not need to be available throughout the entire time window, but consistent availability within these hours, especially between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., will be especially valuable.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience teaching adult learners, or have less experience combined with a recognized TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Are confident teaching adults in a 100% online environment
  • Are comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and virtual classrooms as part of your teaching
  • Work on a freelance / self-employed basis
  • Can offer consistent weekly availability, particularly between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Madrid time
  • Have at least A2-level Spanish. As we are based in Spain, being able to communicate in Spanish is a real advantage

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
