Enthusiast is an online English school specialising in premium, individual lessons for adult professionals. Our students are skilled, ambitious, and serious about their progress — and they expect lessons that match that standard.
We match each student with their teacher based on personality, communication style, and learning goals.
The Role
We are looking for an English speaker who brings both qualifications and genuine professional presence to every lesson.
Please note: This is a freelance, per-lesson role for self-employed teachers based in the UK. Hours are flexible and grow with student demand — this is not a salaried or guaranteed-hours position.

What the Role Involves
- One-to-one online lessons with adult professionals at various levels
- Preparing tailored content that reflects each student's goals and industry
- Building long-term relationships with a consistent group of students
- Lessons delivered via our platform (full onboarding provided)
What We're Looking For
- English teacher with a recognised qualification (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience teaching professional adults
- Warm and personable — our students should leave each lesson motivated, not just informed
- Comfortable adopting new tools and platforms

Application Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a screening form, followed by a brief online interview and a mock lesson.
