Savachy is a niche London events company producing memorable nightlife experiences in partnership with universities and students’ unions.
From elegant university galas and formal balls to high-energy student parties at some of central London’s most exciting venues, our events bring together hundreds of guests for unforgettable nights. We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Freelance Event Manager to help bring these experiences to life.
What you’ll do 🎧
- Lead on-site event operations from setup through to close
- Brief and coordinate event staff, promoters and contractors
- Liaise with venue managers, security teams and City Fiestas staff
- Oversee guest entry, crowd flow and the overall guest experience
- Keep the event running safely, smoothly and on schedule
- Respond calmly and decisively when unexpected issues arise
- Provide an end-of-night handover or event report when required

Who we’re looking for 🙌
You should have some experience managing nightlife, hospitality or live events, ideally events welcoming 300-500+ guests. You’ll be organised, approachable and confident leading teams in a busy, fast-moving environment.
This opportunity would suit someone who already understands event operations but wants to build their experience, learn from larger events and grow their network within London’s nightlife and events scene.

You’ll gain hands-on experience working with venues, security teams, entertainers and event professionals, all while helping create brilliant nights for hundreds of guests. It’s hard work, but also exciting, social and genuinely rewarding. 🎊
This is not a fixed-hours role. Successful candidates will be contacted for one-off event assignments whenever an Event Manager is required.
