Freelance Event Operations Manager

South London | Hybrid

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Event Operations Manager to play a key role in strengthening our organisational effectiveness and supporting the continued growth of our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on improving processes, building strong working relationships, and ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.

About the role:

  • Lead and optimise day-to-day operational functions across the organisation
  • Oversee internal processes, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with senior colleagues to support strategic initiatives and team development
  • Provide guidance, structure, and operational oversight to maintain a high-performing environment
  • Champion positive communication and collaboration across teams
