We are currently looking to build our talent pool of highly skilled and organized Executive Assistants who may be considered for future freelance opportunities with our clients.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high level administrative support to our clients, helping ensure their day to day operations run smoothly. Opportunities may vary depending on client requirements and business needs.
This is a remote freelance opportunity open to candidates based in the UK.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments for clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Arrange and coordinate events and conferences
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Experience supporting legal teams or working within a law firm setting is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Flexible schedule and availability
Additional Requirements
- Registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) - This can be arranged at point of job offer.
- Freelancer Professional Indemnity Insurance - This can be arranged at point of job offer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives or clients simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools
- Familiarity with video conferencing and online collaboration tools
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience working with HNW individuals preferable but not essential.
- Experience working with Family Offices preferable but not essential.
- Experience working with Business Leaders preferable but not essential.
- Flexible with occasionally meeting clients in person if requested.
- Knowledgeable about emerging AI software, tools, models, and methodologies that challenge the conventional approach to executive assistance.

You will be working as a contractor under the JamPot Support Limited company name, therefore you are not a direct employee and only work as a contractor for our business. The benefit of this structure means, all of our clients sign contracts directly with JamPot Support Limited and not you as the Contractor, therefore you are protected as a remote contractor as JamPot take care of the client service side of the function.
We are currently undertaking market research to determine the pay offered for this role and will talk with you openly around your personal earning experience and expectations. This will enable us to work with our client to ensure a fair renumeration is agreed for both parties.
