Freelance Senior Project Manager
September – potentially into October | Flexible freelance contract
We’re looking for a brilliant, experienced Freelance Project Manager to join the Freshly Squeezed team during a busy September, with potential to extend into October.
You’ll work across a variety of fast-moving brand experience projects, including taking the lead on the operational delivery of a large-scale, multi-location national programme.
What we need
Someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly and take ownership.

You’ll be comfortable:
- Managing complex projects with multiple moving parts and locations
- Leading and supporting more junior members of the team
- Managing print, production and fulfilment workstreams
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, logistics and suppliers
- Keeping budgets, timelines, trackers and deliverables firmly under control
- Spotting problems before they become problems
- Communicating confidently with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Juggling several projects and priorities without dropping the ball

This is predominantly a project management and delivery role rather than an onsite event role.
You’ll be

Agency, experiential, events, retail activation or similar experience would be ideal.
