We are looking for a freelance facilitator to deliver Building Bridges workshops, training sessions and awareness events to engage and motivate a variety of audiences.
Sessions may be delivered online or in person and can range from small interactive workshops to presentations for larger groups.
Topics may include:
- Refugee experiences and lived experience of displacement
- Barriers to employment, services and opportunities
- Creating welcoming workplaces and communities
- Inclusive communication and engagement
- Building understanding across cultures and communities
- Challenging assumptions and misconceptions

Pay
Pay is per workshop delivered so would suit someone looking for additional work or someone with lived experience and is just starting in employment in the UK.
