Freelance Facilitator – Financial Services, Wealth and Banking

Role Overview:

As a freelance facilitator your background in financial services, wealth management, private banking and performance improvement is essential to the success of our programmes. You will deliver engaging sessions, facilitate thought-provoking discussions and lead dynamic group activities that drive behavioural change.

Your ability to foster an interactive, inclusive environment will help professionals enhance their business relationships, decision-making and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your deep understanding of financial services and performance improvement to facilitate high-impact sessions aligned with client objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, engaging and results-driven atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and practical learning.
  • Guide discussions, ensuring all participants contribute and gain valuable insights.
  • Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the diverse needs of professionals across a diverse range of market leading clients.
  • Deliver actionable post-session summaries and insights, reinforcing key learnings and behavioural shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a facilitator, trainer, or presenter within financial services, with a strong grasp of business relationships, leadership and performance improvement.
  • Confidence and credibility to deliver programmes with an ABSTRACT artistry.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • A dynamic, adaptable facilitation style that aligns with different client needs and learning preferences.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
