Glassworks London
Glassworks London is an independent women’s fashion retailer founded in 2010, with design-led boutiques and a fast-moving product range refreshed regularly with new fashion. We are strengthening the quality and consistency of our lifestyle, campaign and brand imagery and looking to partner with a team of strong creatives to achieve this.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced freelance fashion photographer who can create elevated model-led imagery with a simple setup and limited production support. This is not primarily a high-volume ecommerce role. Our immediate need is lifestyle, campaign, studio, outdoor and social imagery that makes the product feel desirable, current and commercially useful.
You should be able to make modest setups feel intentional and elevated, direct models naturally, understand light, and create imagery that works across brand, social, email, ecommerce and trading needs. We are looking for someone who can translate the Glassworks brand DNA into relevant, distinctive and sometimes boundary-pushing photography - not boring, derivative or repetitive imagery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
