About the Role
We're looking for a Freelance Fitness & Wellbeing Coach to join Elemento in London. You'll deliver individual and group training sessions across multiple disciplines, with a focus on physical fitness, wellbeing and sustainable lifestyle habits.

Day to day, you'll assess client needs, design tailored workout and wellbeing plans, provide basic nutrition guidance, and track progress toward agreed goals. You'll engage with Elemento's community, contribute content or insights to the platform where relevant, and collaborate with other coaches to maintain a consistently high-quality client experience.
You'll also help maintain a safe training environment, stay current with industry best practice, and represent Elemento's holistic, element-inspired approach to fitness.
What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Strong Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction skills — able to lead safe, engaging and inclusive classes
- Solid working knowledge of current fitness industry methods and trends
- Foundational understanding of nutrition to support clients' broader wellbeing
- Recognised fitness or coaching certification (personal training, group exercise or equivalent), plus current First Aid/CPR training
- Proven experience coaching diverse clients, with excellent communication and the ability to motivate individuals and groups
- Ability to commit on-site full-time in the London Area, with strong time management and professionalism in scheduling and client relationships
