Company Description
Dulson Training is an established driver and logistics training provider delivering a wide range of training for individuals and businesses across the UK. Our training covers HGV and LGV driver training, Driver CPC, MHE and FLT training, transport and logistics qualifications, and a range of workplace training.
We deliver training from our centres in Roden and Ludlow, as well as at customer sites nationwide, allowing us to provide flexible training solutions to a wide range of businesses and learners.
Role Description
We are looking to expand our network of Freelance RTITB FLT Instructors to support our growing training requirements.
The role will involve delivering training across a range of equipment categories at our Shropshire training centres in Roden and Ludlow, as well as at customer sites nationwide.

We are particularly interested in instructors who can deliver training in the following areas:
- Counterbalance
- Reach Truck
- Telehandler
- Lorry Mounted Crane (HIAB)
- Yard Shunter
- PPT
Additional machine types would be desirable.
The freelance nature of the role provides opportunities to support Dulson Training across a variety of training requirements and locations, depending on your areas of competence and availability.
Qualifications and Experience
- RTITB instructor qualification relevant to the equipment categories you are able to train.
- Experience delivering operator training and assessments.
- Additional recognised instructor qualifications or experience across other machine types would be advantageous.
- Ability to deliver training professionally at both Dulson Training centres and customer sites.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach when working with learners and customers.
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites nationwide where required.
