Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor – West & South London
Company: EcoSure (division of Ecolab)
Overview As a global leader in food safety and brand protection, EcoSure is seeking freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditors based in West and South London.
This role involves conducting on-site assessments and providing brand protection consulting to support food service businesses in ensuring compliance with food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
- Deliver consulting services on food safety and hygiene best practices
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with client partners
- Work across a range of venues, including hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, and convenience stores

Minimum Qualifications
- Must hold a Level 4 Food Safety qualification
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends (working across all dayparts)
- Must have access to a vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence
- Must be based in or near the assigned territory (West/South London)
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g., hotel F&B, retail, convenience stores)
- Exceptional relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
