Fractional Community Manager (EN/FR)
We're looking for experienced, flexible community managers who speak both French and English to work across a series of prestigious luxury and FMCG clients. This is ideal for a candidate who may have other fractional community management contracts, and is looking to build their portfolio.
The Role
- Full community management of key channels (inclusive Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn): moderation, replies, and escalation, working from a pre-approved answer library
- Replying to urgent messages within a 1-2 hour SLA, and escalating anything sensitive to the Agency
- Contribution to monthly performance reporting

Hours and Coverage
- Monday to Friday: 14-24 hours a week available. The core shift = Weekday evenings, 6PM–11PM + 2-3 hours of community management between 9AM - 6PM paced across the day.
- Saturday and Sunday: C. 5 hours a week. Coverage 8AM–11PM - paced check-ins every 2 hours across the day rather than continuous cover.
- Please note: At busy event times there may be a need for additional support, which would be remunerated separately.

What You'll Need
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- Experience in community management for a premium or luxury brand
- Proficiency with Sprinklr Care (queues, tags, routing)
- Comfortable working solo during evening and weekend shifts, with good judgement on when to escalate
- Based in a UK-compatible time zone
Terms
- Remote (although you are welcome to come to our Shoreditch office as much as you wish Mon-Fri, 9-5)
- 6 month initial contract, with a review at three months
- Fixed monthly fee
