Job Description
This role focuses on creating engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content for a traffic safety equipment provider. The designer will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics for feed posts, stories, and 15–30 second Reels using existing product photography. The ideal candidate is adept at leveraging AI tools to generate diverse backgrounds, scenes, and short animations from static images, ensuring content remains fresh and dynamic despite limited original assets. The position begins with a paid test task and is intended as an ongoing monthly collaboration, with prompt onboarding expected.
Deliverables
- Design graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram feed posts and stories based on provided copy
- Create 15–30 second Reels from static product images, incorporating AI-generated backgrounds and animations
- Deliver two sample posts and one short Reel as an initial test task
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with campaign objectives
- Meet monthly content delivery deadlines

Requirements
- Proven experience designing social media graphics and short-form video content
- Proficiency with AI-based design tools for image manipulation and animation
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent
- Ability to creatively enhance static product images with AI-generated elements
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram content formats and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable communication and timely delivery of assets
- Availability to start within 1–2 weeks and commit to ongoing monthly work
