About Mission and why now?
Mission is building the next generation of daily rituals for natural performance. We create matchas (and soon caffeine-controlled coffees with added functional ingredients, e.g. creatine) for The Garmin Wearer - those wanting to achieve more every single day. Always natural, science-led and great tasting.
We're well funded by world-class consumer investors and elite athletes including F1 driver Pierre Gasly, England cricket captain Michael Vaughan and High Performance Host, Jake Humphrey. Our products are already used by 12 Premier League teams, six Formula One teams and hundreds of GB athletes. This year, we have exciting product collaborations launching with Pierre Gasly and Holger Rune.
As we grow our online business, we need a sharp, versatile designer to help us look as good as our product performs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the role
We're looking for a part-time Graphic Designer to work across our core creative output - from paid social ads to our website, email and occasional packaging. This is a flexible, part-time arrangement rather than a full-time position, and could suit a freelancer balancing a small portfolio of clients.
You'll work closely with the founding team and our Creative Strategist, turning briefs and brand guidelines into work that looks great and performs commercially.
What you'll work on
- Static ad creative for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Website design - landing pages, product pages and general site assets
- Email design - campaigns, newsletters and lifecycle flows
- Occasional D2C packaging design
Who we're looking for
- At least 2 years' design experience
- A strong client portfolio you can share
- Comfortable working across ad creative, web, email and packaging
- Remote is fine, but based in or near London is useful for occasional office-based work
- Fast turnaround and comfortable working to a brief independently
- A genuine interest in health and wellness is very useful
- Good understanding of what performs in a D2C / social context, not just what looks nice
