Job Description
This role involves designing engaging visual content specifically for LinkedIn, including static graphics, GIFs, motion graphics, and carousels. The designer will be responsible for producing approximately six visuals per week, ensuring each piece aligns with LinkedIn’s professional standards and enhances brand presence. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility while requiring a high level of creativity and attention to detail to deliver impactful visuals that drive engagement.
Deliverables
- Design and deliver six high-quality LinkedIn visuals per week, including static images, GIFs, motion graphics, and carousel posts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content goals and translate them into compelling visual assets
- Ensure all visuals adhere to LinkedIn’s best practices and brand guidelines
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets punctually

Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing LinkedIn or social media content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools
- Ability to create both static and animated visuals (GIFs, motion graphics)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding for professional audiences
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Availability to deliver consistent weekly output
