The Freelance Graphic Designer role at Nebula is a part-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the designer will create visual assets that support marketing strategies, including graphics for websites, LinkedIn, presentations, proposals, sales decks, and social media campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing brand-aligned concepts
- Refining logo ideas
- Selecting and applying typography
- Producing layouts that clarify complex technical and service-based offers
The designer will collaborate with strategists and writers to ensure visuals and messaging are consistent, professional, and commercially focused. The role also involves:
- Preparing files for digital and print use
- Following brand guidelines
- Meeting agreed timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for marketing and sales materials.
- Ability to develop and refine Logo Design and Branding concepts that align with client positioning and messaging.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability in digital and print formats.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing work for B2B, technical, or service-based businesses, highlighting clarity and commercial impact.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Attention to detail, strong visual communication skills, and a practical approach to creating reusable marketing assets.
- Relevant education or training in graphic design or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent experience is also valued.
