About us

We are hiring on behalf of a surgeon-led hair transplant clinic offering personalised hair restoration for men and women. At this clinic we give every patient clear information, discreet support and a positive experience from first enquiry through treatment and follow-up.

The role

We're looking for a sales professional with excellent customer service skills to manage enquiries, coordinate consultations and bookings, and support patients through their whole journey, including aftercare and follow-up.

Proven hair transplant experience is required, either working within a hair transplant clinic or in another professional hair transplant role. This should be combined with a strong sales track record and a talent for looking after clients, ideally gained in a luxury or premium environment.

You'll work closely with our lead surgeon, gathering information and identifying potentially suitable candidates for preliminary discussion. Every prospective patient's case must be discussed with the lead surgeon before a consultation is confirmed. Preliminary screening is not a clinical assessment: the lead surgeon makes all decisions on medical and surgical suitability, technique and graft estimation.

What you'll do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Hold initial in-person and virtual conversations to understand each patient's goals, concerns and expectations
  • Gather hair loss history, photographs and questions using the clinic's approved process and present them to the lead surgeon for preliminary review
  • Recognise cases that need clinical review and refer them to the surgeon. You will not determine suitability, recommend techniques or estimate graft numbers
  • Explain hair restoration options for men and women in plain language using surgeon-approved information, including shaved, partially shaved and unshaven FUE, and implantation by forceps or implanter pen (DHI-style)
  • Coordinate consultations and treatment bookings, making sure the surgeon has the relevant information beforehand
  • Follow up after consultations and guide suitable patients through booking in line with the surgeon's treatment plan
  • Explain pricing and payment options transparently, without pressure and without promising results
  • Support patients before and after surgery, explain surgeon-approved aftercare and escalate any clinical questions or concerns promptly
  • Arrange postoperative reviews, collect progress photographs through approved systems and keep the surgeon updated
  • Track unanswered enquiries and outstanding concerns through to resolution
  • Keep accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline and report on enquiries, consultations, procedures and conversion rates
  • Use patient feedback to help improve the patient experience and sales performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
