Job Description:
Crestfield Safety Ltd is a health, safety, fire and compliance consultancy supporting businesses of all sizes, across all sectors. As we grow, we're building a network of freelance consultants to help us deliver high-quality, practical compliance support for clients across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Freelance Health & Safety Consultant to deliver some or all of the following services, depending on your specialism and availability:
- Fire risk assessments (FRAs)
- Fire door inspections
- DSEAR assessments
- Health & safety management systems
- Policy and procedure development
- RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
- H&S audits and site inspections
- Training design and delivery
- Free compliance health checks (initial client diagnostics)

Requirements:
- Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, NCRQ, or equivalent)
- Additional certifications (fire risk assessment, DSEAR, etc.) are a plus
- Proven consultancy or training delivery experience
- Ability to work independently and deliver professional, client-ready outputs
- Strong communication skills, comfortable representing Crestfield Safety directly with clients
- Own transport for site visits where applicable
