Join an exciting project to bring a unique online multiplayer card game to life

Set in a vibrant US mall and inspired by the bold aesthetics of 1980s pop culture, this project is all about developing a cohesive and visually striking set of digital assets. The technical framework and game mechanics are already established, and we're looking for an illustrator with a passion for retro design and the ability to create a consistent visual direction across a large volume of game assets.

Deliverables

  • Develop and execute a distinctive visual style for the game, drawing inspiration from 1980s pop culture and collage art.
  • Create a comprehensive suite of digital illustrations for cards, backgrounds, icons, and UI elements.
  • Ensure all assets maintain consistency in style, color palette, and thematic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with the project owner to iterate on concepts and refine the visual identity.
  • Prepare final assets in appropriate formats for seamless integration into the game engine.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
