Role Description
This role involves creating a vibrant, detailed digital family illustration as a unique Christmas gift. The artwork will depict a lively park scene featuring three family members—Dani, Alex, and their young daughter Sydney—engaged in playful, natural interactions. The composition should integrate personal items such as bubbles, Sydney’s bike and toys, a playground, cricket and golf equipment, and family bags, all woven seamlessly into the environment. The late family dog, Apollo, should be subtly included as a background detail, lying on a cloud and observing the family, without overt angel symbolism. The illustration style should be warm, expressive, and inspired by cartoons, anime, or animated films, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and character expression. The final deliverable must be a high-resolution digital file suitable for printing and framing, with delivery required before Christmas. The client will provide photo references, family jokes, and Easter eggs to personalize the piece, while allowing creative freedom for composition and style.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
