⭐Urgent - Freelance Influencer Marketing Manager⭐

Location - Hybrid / Manchester
Dates - Immediate start

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand experience agency for an experienced Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running.

In this role, you will support the agency's account teams across a diverse roster of consumer brand clients—spanning fashion, retail, lifestyle, and consumer products. You will take immediate ownership of creator selections, craft polished talent proposal decks, and lead campaign performance reporting using Sprout Social.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Discovery & Selections: Source, vet, and curate content creators and influencers for agency client briefs across various consumer sectors (including fashion, retail, and lifestyle).
  • Client-Ready Talent Decks: Build high-impact talent recommendation decks for account directors to present to clients, detailing engagement metrics, audience demographics, and aesthetic fit.
  • Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Use Sprout Social to extract performance data and build comprehensive post-campaign reporting decks highlighting reach, ROI, engagement, and content sentiment.
  • Campaign Operations: Assist internal teams with creator outreach, rate negotiation tracking, and deliverable schedules as needed.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor evolving social trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to bring fresh creator concepts to upcoming client pitches.

  • Agency Support Experience: Proven track record delivering fast, high-quality, client-ready work within or alongside marketing agency teams.
  • Sector Experience: Broad exposure to consumer brands; strong background in fashion, lifestyle, apparel, or retail clients is a distinct advantage.
  • Platform Proficiency: Advanced, hands-on experience using Sprout Social for listening, tracking, and campaign reporting.
