Freelance Talent Manager Role

Flash Social is a brand new talent management agency operating under the already established Team 2 Management group, giving ambitious people the opportunity to build and grow their own roster of creators.
This is a commission-only freelance opportunity, which provides you with the freedom to choose the creators you work with, the niche you specialise in, your working hours and where you work from.
What you'll do:
- Discover and approach creators you believe have potential
- Build your own roster from the ground up
- Develop strong relationships with your talent
- Identify brand partnership opportunities
- Pitch your creators to brands and agencies
- Help manage commercial opportunities and campaigns
- Build your network within the creator economy
- Grow the value and earning potential of your roster

Who we're looking for:
You don't need years of talent-management experience.
We're looking for people who are:
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Confident communicating with people
- Commercially minded
- Passionate about creators and social media
- Good at building relationships
- Comfortable working independently
- Excited by the opportunity to build something of their own
Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, sales, social media, or the creator economy is a bonus, but it's not essential.
