Join a dynamic project focused on developing a comprehensive eLearning course for a professional services client. This role involves designing engaging digital learning experiences, including course structure, interactive content, activities, and assessment strategies. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to impactful online education initiatives.
Deliverables
- Design and develop the overall course structure, ensuring logical flow and alignment with learning objectives.
- Create engaging and interactive learning content, including multimedia elements and activities.
- Develop assessment tools and strategies to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback throughout the development process.
- Ensure all materials are accessible, user-friendly, and compatible with standard eLearning platforms.
- Deliver final course package ready for deployment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design, specifically for eLearning environments.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to create interactive and visually appealing digital content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience working remotely and managing deadlines independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred.
