This role involves producing detailed interior elevation drawings for a residential project in London. The successful candidate will transform provided layout plans and hand-drawn sketches into precise technical drawings suitable for builders and joiners. The project requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret design intent into clear, buildable documentation. You will collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure all elevations meet the required standards and specifications for a large-scale home renovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop accurate interior elevation drawings from CAD/PDF plans and hand sketches
- Ensure all drawings are clear, detailed, and suitable for construction purposes
- Coordinate with the project lead to clarify design intent and resolve any ambiguities
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements
- Maintain consistency and technical accuracy across all elevation documentation
- Deliver final files in required formats for use by builders and joiners

Skills And Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and technical drawing standards
- Experience producing interior elevations for residential projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches
- Understanding of construction methods and joinery details
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple elevations efficiently
- Good communication skills for remote collaboration
- Availability to start promptly and deliver within agreed timelines
- Based in the UK or able to work to UK building standards is preferred
