About Decor No5 Decor No5 is a London-based home staging company specialising in furnishing and styling properties for sale.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Freelance Interior Stylist / Home Staging Stylist to work alongside our team on an ongoing basis.

This is a hands-on, London-based role and is not remote. Applicants must be based in London or within easy commuting distance and available to attend properties, installations and our storage facility.

The Role

Working closely with our founder, you will:

  • Develop furniture and styling schemes for upcoming properties
  • Select furniture, artwork, lighting and accessories from our existing collection
  • Work from property photographs, measurements and floor plans
  • Prepare furniture and accessory selections ahead of installations
  • Attend staging installations across London
  • Style rooms, artwork and accessories ready for photography and marketing
  • Source additional pieces when required
  • Over time, take responsibility for styling selected staging projects

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in interior styling, home staging or residential interiors
  • A strong and sophisticated eye for interiors
  • A good understanding of furniture placement, scale, proportion, colour and composition
  • Confidence making styling decisions
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A practical, hands-on approach
  • The ability to work well within a small, fast-moving team
  • Flexibility to work according to our staging schedule

Home staging experience would be an advantage but isn't essential. A strong residential interiors background and an excellent eye for styling are equally important.

Freelance | On-site | London

Approximately 2–3 days per week depending on projects, with the potential for the role to grow as Decor No5 continues to expand.
