WEST MIDLANDS INTERPRETERS REQUIRED

About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Interpreters to facilitate effective communication across diverse settings to join our growing network across the Midlands and surrounding regions. You will play a vital role in facilitating clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive communication across a range of professional settings, including healthcare, legal, business, and community services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate real-time oral interpretation between English and one or more languages
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout all assignments
  • Adapt communication style to suit the context and audience
  • Support effective cross-cultural understanding within diverse organisational settings

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Proven experience or formal training in interpretation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong professional standards with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and impartiality
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments with reliability and discretion
