Job Opportunity
Slanjava Learning Ltd is looking to connect with an experienced freelance Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) to support our development as an approved centre for regulated Moving & Handling qualifications.
We are particularly interested in hearing from IQAs with experience in Moving & Handling of People or related vocational qualifications.
Responsibilities
The role would include supporting internal quality assurance activity such as sampling assessment decisions, standardisation, assessor feedback, quality monitoring, and ensuring assessment practice remains consistent and compliant with awarding organisation requirements.

Requirements
Applicants will hold:
- Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice, V1/D34 or equivalent
- Appropriate assessor knowledge/experience
- Experience quality assuring regulated qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Moving & Handling within Health & Social Care
- A Moving & Handling Trainer qualification
- Current CPD relevant to assessment, IQA and/or Moving & Handling

Terms
This would initially be on a freelance/associate basis, with the potential for ongoing work as our regulated qualification provision develops.
Location
We are based in Ayrshire, Scotland, although some IQA activity may potentially be completed remotely depending on awarding organisation requirements and the nature of the evidence being sampled.
