We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant to join our London studio on a freelance basis.
Immediate Start
This is a hands-on production role requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and previous latex garment production experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately tracing and cutting pattern pieces.
- Preparing latex pieces for construction.
- Gluing and assembling seams to a high standard.
- Following patterns and production instructions.
- Checking finished work for quality and consistency.
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised.

Requirements
- Previous garment production, pattern cutting, sewing, costume, or similar experience.
- Strong cutting and practical construction skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good manual dexterity and confidence using adhesives.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions.
