We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant to join our London studio on a freelance basis.

Immediate Start

This is a hands-on production role requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and previous latex garment production experience.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately tracing and cutting pattern pieces.
  • Preparing latex pieces for construction.
  • Gluing and assembling seams to a high standard.
  • Following patterns and production instructions.
  • Checking finished work for quality and consistency.
  • Keeping your workspace clean and organised.

Requirements

  • Previous garment production, pattern cutting, sewing, costume, or similar experience.
  • Strong cutting and practical construction skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good manual dexterity and confidence using adhesives.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions.
