Freelance Senior Email Designer / Team Lead
Luxury Retail Brand - London based / Mainly remote occasional visits to office
October Start until End of Year
Day Rate: DOE

We're partnering with a leading luxury retail brand to find an experienced Freelance Senior Email Designer / Team Lead to join the inhouse team from mid-October through to the end of the year, with the potential for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly creative and strategic email specialist who combines exceptional design skills with proven team leadership experience.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team of designers, supporting the development of junior talent.
- Creating high-performing email campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
- Collaborating closely with CRM, content, strategy, and creative teams.
- Driving best practice across responsive email design, mobile optimisation, and email testing.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience designing emails using Figma and Photoshop.
- Previous experience leading or managing design teams.
- In-depth understanding of email design best practices and customer experience.
- Experience building responsive, modular email templates within email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:
- Experience with Emarsys or a similar email platform using reusable content blocks.
