London | One-day shoot | Late September / early October 2026

About Mission

Mission is building the next generation of daily rituals for natural performance. We create great-tasting arabica coffee and matcha with creatine, yerba mate and essential vitamins - helping people get more from a ritual they already love. Always natural, science-led and built for performance.

Our products are already used by 12 Premier League teams, six Formula One teams and hundreds of GB athletes. Now we are building the UK's most credible natural performance brand, with photography that feels as real, useful and human as the daily rituals behind our products.

About the Shoot

We are looking for a brilliant freelance photographer for a one-day Mission brand shoot in and around London in late September or early October 2026. You will work with two or three models to create a versatile bank of lifestyle, product-interaction and portrait photography for our website, organic and paid social, digital advertising, email and wider brand communications.

This is intended to be the first of a regular rhythm of shoots, potentially every one or two months, so there is scope for an ongoing relationship if the first project goes well.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Shoot

  • Natural coffee and matcha rituals: scooping, pouring, whisking, shaking and drinking
  • Early-morning, mid-morning and afternoon moments across kitchen, home, workplace and on-the-go settings
  • Authentic movement and training moments, predominantly outdoors
  • Product interaction, close portraiture, wider environmental frames and striking evergreen brand imagery
  • Useful horizontal and vertical variations, including clean frames with room for copy
  • Both products together where relevant: coffee for the morning and matcha for the afternoon

Creative Direction

The work must follow Mission's shoot and brand guidance. The overall feel should be warm, natural, filmic and lived-in - never glossy, overly staged or supplement-store-like.

  • Bright natural light, long shadows and warm tones
  • Filmic halation and glow over a polished digital aesthetic
  • Natural textures, action pours and whisks, motion blur and thoughtful focus experimentation
  • Close, intimate portraits with calm smiles rather than severe expressions
  • Outdoor exercise that feels authentic, enjoyable and positive, including the moments before and between activity
  • Avoid high-tech gym clichés, gym mirrors, transformation imagery and forced performance poses
