About the Role
This is an opportunity to play a leading role in one of the fastest-growing platforms in women’s sport, by leading the marketing on our flagship event: RAISE, Global Women’s Sport Conference
You’ll work directly with some of the most influential leaders in sport, media, investment, and business, while helping shape conversations that are driving the future of the industry.
There is the possibility of the role becoming permanent and/or full-time in the future.
What We’re Looking For
A proactive, organized, and commercially-minded marketing manager to work on our flagship RAISE women’s sport conference for 2-3 days a week.
We’re looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally happy rolling up their sleeves and getting things done. You should enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and making things happen. The role means being equally comfortable developing a marketing campaign, managing a partner relationship, writing copy, updating a website, or coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders.
You will grow our conference audience, strengthen our brand, support our conference partners, and help deliver an exceptional event.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
