Crowdsourcing Campaign Manager

This role focuses on building and engaging a passionate audience for a Welsh Arthurian fantasy feature currently in pre-production. The successful candidate will design and execute a series of targeted crowdfunding campaigns, transforming development assets such as costume designs, concept art, and storyboards into compelling supporter-driven initiatives. The position requires a strategic approach to audience research, segmentation, and community activation, with a strong emphasis on measurable growth and retention within a behind-the-scenes membership community.

Deliverables

  • Plan, launch, and manage multiple small-scale crowdfunding campaigns via the project website.
  • Develop campaign targets, creative assets, rewards, and persuasive copy tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns and activate relevant communities, creators, partners, and media outlets.
  • Implement audience research, segmentation, email marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion testing to maximize supporter acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the filmmaking team to produce engaging content for campaign promotion and community engagement.
  • Provide weekly reports on campaign reach, acquisition cost, conversion rates, backer growth, campaign velocity, and audience retention metrics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
