Freelance Marketing Consultant
Location: Hybrid - office is based in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire
Contract: Freelance / Contractor
Duration: Initial 3–6 months

As a growing organisation, we're scaling rapidly and entering an exciting period of growth. We're looking for experienced freelance marketing support to help us deliver campaigns, drive customer acquisition and maintain momentum while we continue to build our internal marketing capability.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on freelance marketing professional who can quickly become an extension of our team and help us execute marketing activity across multiple channels.

This is not a strategic leadership role. We already have commercial objectives and marketing priorities. We need someone who can take direction, work independently and help deliver campaigns that generate results.
You may be supporting customer acquisition campaigns, CRM activity, paid media, content planning, campaign reporting or project coordination depending on your experience and availability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
- Helping execute customer acquisition and lead generation activity
- Creating and coordinating marketing content and campaign assets
- Supporting CRM and email marketing activity
- Assisting with paid media campaigns and performance optimisation
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on results
- Working with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving
- Bringing ideas and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

- Availability to start within the coming weeks
