Charge Clothing is a UK streetwear brand that has supported music artists, extreme sports, and rhino conservation worldwide since 2004. The company is committed to ethical production, using organic cotton and sweatshop-free conditions, with all screen printing and embroidery handled in-house at our workshop in Norwich. Charge Clothing values community, integrity, and positive impact, reflected in its ethos of good people doing good things.
Role Description
This part-time hybrid role is based in Norwich, with a mix of on-site collaboration at Our office in Norwich and flexible work-from-home arrangements. To develop and execute marketing campaigns that elevate the brand, support music artists and extreme sports communities, and grow online and offline visibility.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Planning and managing social media content
- Coordinating promotions and collaborations
- Optimising digital channels to increase engagement and sales
The role will also involve:
- Analysing campaign performance
- Refining strategies based on data
- Aligning all marketing activity with Charge Clothing’s ethical, community-focused values
On-site work at the production room will be required for content creation, events, and team meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing experience, including social media management, content marketing, and basic analytics.
- Proven ability to plan and execute creative campaigns that resonate with streetwear, music, and extreme sports audiences.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting engaging copy across platforms (web, email, social media).
- Experience with visual storytelling and brand-building, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture sectors.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, managing time effectively and collaborating with a small, hands-on team.
- Understanding of ethical and sustainable fashion practices is highly beneficial.
- Prior freelance or agency experience, and familiarity with UK streetwear or subculture scenes, is a strong plus.
