Company Description
Tour Padel is a UK-based owner and operator of padel clubs across London and SE England. Tour Padel has a focus on growing the sport in local communities and is actively working on new venues and partnerships. Applicants can expect to join a mission-driven team that is passionate about sport, accessibility, and community engagement.
Role Description
- Build marketing strategies for existing clubs and develop a go-to-market strategy for new clubs.
- Execute marketing strategy via taking content and content creation.
- Optimize digital outreach to attract players, clubs, and partners.
- Analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including partnerships) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Part-time fractional freelance role (expectation of 10-15 hours per week).
- The position is remote, however, will require travel to padel sites for events and to capture content.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, SEO/SEM.
- Experience in content creation and management, such as copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic design oversight.
- Previous experience in sports, leisure, or community-based brands is an advantage.
- Ability to travel between padel locations.
