Job Role
This part-time contract role is focused on driving paid media performance for domestic services in the UAE through Snapchat and TikTok Ads. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, from setup to daily optimisation, ensuring campaigns are tailored to both Arabic and English-speaking audiences. The position requires hands-on expertise in Ads Manager, event tracking, and audience targeting, with a strong emphasis on results-driven strategies for the UAE market.
Deliverables
- Set up and configure Snapchat and TikTok Ads Manager accounts for campaign deployment
- Implement Pixel/CAPI and event tracking for accurate conversion measurement
- Develop and segment audiences for both Arabic and English UAE demographics
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and retargeting initiatives
- Conduct creative testing and optimise ad creatives for maximum engagement
- Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Snapchat and TikTok Ads campaigns in the UAE market
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and retargeting
- Proficiency in Ads Manager, Pixel/CAPI setup, and event tracking
- Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
- Experience with domestic services or Tadbeer sector is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work
