About Procotech
Procotech is an established UK business with 15 years of experience supplying the NHS and other large B2B organisations. Alongside our established B2B operations, we have developed a portfolio of consumer-focused brands, including Clinicept and Aqua Wipes.
We are now at an exciting stage of growth, looking to significantly scale the D2C side of the business. We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can help us build our digital presence, grow online sales and take our consumer brands to the next level.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role with a strong focus on digital growth and e-commerce. You'll be responsible for helping drive the D2C growth strategy across SEO, paid advertising, Amazon, our WordPress websites and promotional activity. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, test new ideas and see the direct impact of your work on the growth of our brands. We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and enjoys getting stuck in. This isn't a role where you'll simply be managing agencies — we're looking for someone who wants to do the work, analyse the results and continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, rankings and D2C website traffic.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on customer acquisition and return on advertising spend.
- Manage and grow Amazon Ads campaigns and support the development of our Amazon sales channel.
- Own and maintain a marketing and promotional calendar across Clinicept, Aqua Wipes and the wider Procotech portfolio.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, offers and D2C marketing campaigns.
- Manage and maintain our WordPress websites, including product pages, landing pages, content and general website updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and the overall customer journey.
- Monitor marketing performance and use data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and coordinate digital marketing content across websites, advertising campaigns and other channels.
- Support the development of the D2C customer acquisition strategy and test new channels and approaches.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure products, promotions and campaigns are launched effectively.
- Stay up to date with developments in SEO, paid advertising, e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Create basic marketing graphics and promotional assets where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
