About Prosperitiv
Prosperitiv is an established UK marketing and business systems company with clients in the UK and US. We work across SEO, content, websites, social media, PPC, CRM, automation, and email marketing, while increasingly exploring how AI, new technology, and smarter processes can solve real client problems.
We’re a small business, but a busy and evolving one. Existing client relationships are growing, new projects are coming in, and we’re constantly testing better ways of doing things.
We’re not interested in marketing activity for the sake of it. We like useful ideas, practical technology, good content, and people who are comfortable asking, “Could we do this better?”
Role Description
We’re looking for a Freelance Marketing & Systems Generalist to work remotely with Prosperitiv for around 12 guaranteed hours per week, initially for at least three months, at £20 per hour.
It’s a varied role.
- One week you might be writing blogs and scheduling social content.
- The next you could be updating a WordPress site, helping with a GoHighLevel workflow, preparing an email campaign, creating something in Canva, or testing a new AI tool.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

On the B2B side, that may include identifying suitable companies and decision-makers, researching prospects, supporting LinkedIn outreach and follow-up, and keeping CRM records organised.
You’ll track your hours and tasks, and we’ll review the arrangement month by month. If the workload grows, there’s room for the hours and responsibility to grow with it.
