Company Description

Reward Heads is a boutique reward consultancy based in Watford and operating on a remote basis. We help clients use all aspects of Total Reward—including pay, bonus, benefits, and recognition—to attract, retain, motivate, and align talent. Reward Heads designs tailored solutions rather than offering pre-made packages, focusing on each client’s specific challenges and opportunities. The team educates, advises, and develops customized reward programs while providing coaching for reward and HR professionals, all with the mission of enabling people and organizations to realize their potential.

We use Monday.com extensively for time recording, sales pipeline, our self-built CRM and learning amongst other tasks. We do not use it for Finance and Payroll. We also use Microsoft 365 and Teams extensively and are looking for an experienced monday.com consultant to provide ongoing support and help us get more value from our platform.

NB - This is not a large implementation project. We have already implemented and been using Monday.com for a number of years. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with small businesses and can act as our trusted monday.com expert on an ongoing basis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our internal team member who has led on development and maintenance over the last few years is leaving us at end September 2026. We are at the stage that we no longer need an in-house employee and so want to engage a consultant for ad hoc work.

Location: Remote (UK-based preferred, EU considered but must bill in UK)

What we’ll need help with

  • Troubleshooting boards, automations and workflows
  • Building and improving dashboards and reports
  • Advising on best practice and more efficient ways of working
  • Creating new boards and refining existing ones as our business evolves
  • Occasional integrations with Microsoft 365 (including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint)
  • Helping us make sensible use of new monday.com features and AI capabilities

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience with monday.com, ideally as a certified partner or consultant
  • Experience supporting small businesses rather than only large enterprise clients
  • Experience with Make.com or similar integration/automation platforms (e.g., Zapier), as some of our workflows extend beyond monday.com’s native automations.
  • Experience maintaining and documenting an existing monday.com setup, rather than just building new implementations
  • Ability to troubleshoot existing integrations and automations, including identifying whether an issue sits within monday.com or an external integration.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to recommend simple solutions
  • Responsive and reliable, with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely via Microsoft Teams
  • Based in the UK (preferred)
